Biography
Charles was born in 1929 straight into a single parent family. His Mother sadly passed away two days after he was born. His Father, the late John Spencer, was owner to a casino in Las Vegas. Although at that time it wasn't as glamorous as it is today, Chuck still gained a large amount of inheritance when his Father died when Chuck was just 13.
Chuck, from then on was raised by his Uncle. If you could call it raised. Chuck found himself getting addicted to gambling at just aged 16. No doubt his addiction was fueled by his Fathers business.
At school, Charles rarely did well in his lessons due to his constant game of 'playing truent' but teachers and students somehow still loved him due to his charm and ability to put a smile on anyones face, perhaps that was why he hadn't actually been expelled.
Although he had this tough exterior, Chuck secretly had a soft side. If he was to be challenged to fight, he would most likely runaway. This is what he intended on doing when, while walking home one night after a back door Poker game at age 17, he was attacked. Believing these to be some people he owed money to, he tried to flee but one had pinned him down. He still has the bite mark on his arm from where he was bitten. The pain he felt that night was excruciating and to this day, he still doesn't know why the Vampire bit him, or why he chose to stop.
Chuck was a typical newborn vampire, killing any human he came across when oneday he saw some fellow vampires who took him into their coven, Las vegas, and helped him see that there were alternatives to the life he was living. They explained exactly what had happened to him and that he could live amongst humans without having to harm any of them. Although sometimes he forgets that little detail.
He, along with his coven moved to Forks, Washington. A place where rain fell constantly so they could live during the day and not just at night. Chuck currently attends Forks High School, where he tries to blend in with his other students.
