Human form: shifters do not look different as humans. They may be taller and more muscular, but not abnormally so. They do, however, have a much faster heart rate and a higher temperature than normal humans, so seeing a doctor is difficult and usually unnecessary because of their healing capabilities.
Werewolf form: shifters look like larger versions of regular wolves (approximately the size of a pony). They can be a variety of different colors and usually have particularly expressive eyes and facial expressions that can seem to convey emotions at times, such as curiosity, anger, and playfulness. Many times their fur is the same color as their human hair. They are fully transformed wolves.
Note that in some cases, other forms aside from wolf are possible on limited application. In general, just keep in mind they will be bigger than the average animal.
